Fix any known hazards using proper procedures given to you from the three hour course. This may require a Lead Hazard reduction contractor if the hazards are significant.
Cleanliness is critical to passing the dust wipe sampling. Therefore we highly recommend that all window sills, window wells, floors and carpets are wet-cleaned thoroughly before the inspections. We recommend using a detergent that includes phosphates such as Cascade.
